Putting my money where my mouth is
Hey, the German iTMS has undubbed TV shows now - I completely missed that! The selection is still slim, but it is a start. Since I always proclaimed I’d buy there, if only they had shows I’m interested in as originals, I just picked the first episode of Lost and bought it.
Too bad it isn’t a competitive offer. Over fifty euros per season, when I can get them on a physical medium at Amazon for 28€? Guys, please. You would expect it to be the other way around. You know, with Amazon being at a disadvantage because of, say, the manufacturing, storage and logistics costs involved with selling a physical product.
Leave the cost for an individual episode at 2,49€ if you must, even if that leaves us at the usual disadvantage when compared to our brethren over the pond. But for chrissake, at least do the album thing and sell a whole season at a discount, with the option to complete seasons after you’ve sampled an individual episode.
